 Calendula Baby Soap
WELEDA Calendula Baby Soap gently cleanses and soothes even the most delicate skin. With pure plant ingredients, the beneficial properties of Calendula and a mild scent make this soap perfect for the sensitive skin of babies, children, and adults.
Use to wash baby's body and hair. When washing baby's hair, lather up really well between your hands to make lots of bubbles. With the bubble/lather, wash baby's hair, being careful not to get any in baby's eyes. There is no need to use "baby shampoo" (which is a detergent that totally strips natural body oil) on a baby's delicate hair and scalp to routinely wash baby's hair. If you have a baby/toddler with thick hair, it is recommended that you use a pea-sized amount of store-bought baby shampoo once in a while (once every 7-10 days) if you find the soap is just not cleaning the hair the way you want. Again, be mindful not to let this shampoo run into baby's eyes even if it claims to be "tear free"-- all that means is that it has an added numbing ingredient for eyes, not that it is truly "gentle". To "condition" baby's hair, simply rub a few drops of Calendula Baby Oil or Calendula Baby Lotion between hands and run through the hair while still wet/towel dried.
